This fruit is from Currency Creek, a cool region south of Adelaide which allows us to capture bright varietal characteristics while retaining natural acidity. Made to be medium bodied and softer on the palate but with strong varietal fruit notes with crisp acidity, this wine is suited to many foods.
Bright and fresh with green colour and light straw tint. Youthful.
An aromatic style with tropical fruit and light herbal note with a green apple edge.
Medium palate weight with bright green fruits and a citric, lime juice nuance. Subtle texture on the palate adds a deliciousness.
Chilli crab, fish or freshly shucked oysters. Good aperitif drink as well.
