This fruit is from Currency Creek, a cool region south of Adelaide which allows us to capture bright varietal characteristics while retaining natural acidity. This wine uses a combination of natural yeasts and solids during ferment to give richness and balance to its shinning fruit dominance.
Bright honey with fresh green tint.
Aromatic, floral stone fruits with a citric note running through and complex, nutty undertones adding an extra layer.
Bright fruit notes open this wine with light complexity filling out the mid palate. This richness seamlessly blends into the crisp acidity driving the wine home.
Drink now but with the potential to bring out developed characters with some bottle age.
Asparagus and smoked chicken pasta. This style of wine matches well with white meats and the acidity and nutty complexity could see it hitting through a creamy dish.
